Chili Chicken Pizza Recipe | How to make Chili Chicken Pizza
All your favourite pizza flavour Chili Chicken Pizza. It takes a little work – but homemade pizza tastes so much better than shop-bought so it’s worth the extra effort. Perfect for lunch, brunch and even other times of the day.
Ingredients
For Pizza Base:
Flour 2 ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Instant yeast 1 ½ tsp
Milk powder 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Oil ¼ tsp
For Filling:
Chicken 200 gm (boneless, cut into small cubes)
Red pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Onion 4 tbsp (chopped)
Capsicum 4 tbsp (chopped)
Egg 1
Tomatoes 4 tbsp (chopped)
Mushroom 4 (sliced)
Olives 4
Oregano leaves 1 tsp
Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese ¾ cup
Mozzarella cheese ¾ cup
Oil for fry
Cooking Directions
For Pizza Base: Put altogether in a bowl and knead with a Luke warm water to a smooth soft dough.
Leave to rise in greased bowl for 30 minutes.
For Filling: Mix all together chicken, red pepper, soya sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper, flour, corn flour and egg in a filling.
Heat oil in a skillet, fry chicken pieces on medium heat till crisp and light brown.
To Assemble: Roll out the dough half inch thick to fit a well greased pizza plate.
Spread pizza sauce on the pizza base, cheddar cheese, fried chili chicken topping, vegetables, oregano leaves, remaining cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes or until done.
