GAJAR/CARROT SABZI
INGREDIENTS:
– 1/4 Cup water
– 4 Carrots (Gajar)
– 2 Semi ripe tomatoes
– 1 Green Chili (Hari Mirch)
– Handful of dill (Soya)
– 1 Tbsp red chili powder (Lal Mirch powder)
– 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi Powder)
– 1/2 Tsp Salt (Namak) Or to taste
– 1/4 Cup oil
GREEN BEANS AND POTATO RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
– 300g Green Beans
– 2 Cubed Medium Potatoes
– 1 Small Chopped Tomato
– 1 Small Chopped Onion
– 3-4 Chopped Garlic Cloves
– 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
– 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
– 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1/4 Cup Oil
– 1 Tsp Mango Powder
– 1 Tsp Roasted Crushed Cumin
– 1/2 Tsp Salt (Or To Taste)
