Paneer chili is a popular Chinese food item, eaten both as a dinner as well as snacks.
Here is a healthy recipe which is non fried and can be consumed in weight-loss journey. It will keep on tickling your palate without any guilt.
It is a cornflour free and non-fried healthy paneer chili recipe.

Ingredients:-
Cottage Cheese (Paneer) – 200 gm
Ginger garlic past – 1/2 tsp
Onion Cubes – 2 nos
Red bell pepper cubes – 1 no
Green Capsicum cubes – 1no
Red chili sauce -1/2 tsp
Green chili (slit) – 2 nos
Soya Sauce – 1/4 tsp
Ketchup – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
Mixed Herbs – 1/2 tsp
Red Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
White Sesame Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Garnish :-
Green Coriander
Sesame seeds
