Crispy Fried Fish Recipe || Fish Broast || Ramadan Special #withsana #cookingisfun

Today I am going to share with you guys a fusion recipe of Crisy Fried Fish ,
This recipe can be a perfect full meal for your Iftaar Spread. A
delightfully crispy recipe bursting with flavor. Ridiculously easy to make!

Ingredients :

1. White Fish Fillets 1 kg (cut into large pieces)
2. Half Lemon to Squeeze Fresh Juice.
3. Salt 1/2 tsp
4. Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
5. Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
6. Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
7. Whole coriander seeds coarsely crushed 1 tbl.sp
8. Whole cumin seeds roasted & cparsely crushed 1 tsp
9. Chaat Masala 1 tsp

For Fish Frying Batter :

1. Gram Flour 1 cup
2. Corn Flour 1/2 cup
3. Salt 1 tsp
4. Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
5. Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
6. Garlic powder 11/2 tsp
7. Whole coriander seeds coarsely crushed 1 tbl.sp
8. Whole cumin seeds roasted & cparsely crushed 1 tsp

1. Take 1 kg White Fish Fillets cut into large pieces.
2. Keep it in a big bowl and squeeze half lemon on fish.
3. Now marinate fish with salt, red chili flakes, turmeric powder, garlic powder,
whole coriander seeds, cumin seeds & chaat masala.
4. Coat well fish fillets with this masala and keep aside for half an hour.
5. Now take a big bowl to make a batter for frying fish.
6. Place a sifter on bowl.
7. Add in gram flour along with corn flour and sift well.
8. Then add salt in it along with red chili flakes, turmeric powder, garlic
powder, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and mix all dry ingredients well.
9. Then add water slowly to make thick paste.
10.Now add marinated fish in gram flour batter and mix well to coat each piece
with batter.
11.Set aside for 15 minutes before frying.
12.Heat up enough oil for frying fish on high flame.
13.Once oil heated add marinated fish pieces one by one and keep frying on
high flame 2 to 3 minutes from each side.
14.Once done take-out from oil on parchement paper to absorb excess oil.
15. Serve with your favourite dip and salad.
