RECIPE: Juicy, Spicy Shrimp in under 20 Minutes! WOK: Hi Guys, today I’ll show you How to Make Chili Garlic Prawns or Shrimp. This dish is perfect served over white rice for a weeknight dinner.
To a bowl, add all the sauce ingredients and mix to combine.
Heat up a wok or a pan. When it’s very hot, add oil. Add minced ginger, stir and cook for 10 seconds. Add minced garlic, stir and cook for 10 seconds. Add chili flakes. Add sauce and stir. Add shrimp and mix. Cook for about 5 minutes or until shrimp is tender. Stir once in a while. Taste and add more chili sauce if you wish.
Add sesame oil, scallions and chopped cilantro. Mix and serve hot over white rice.
***Use any size shrimp for this recipe. Cooking time varies according to size of shrimp.
