Chanay Puri Aalu
Ingredients
Boil potatoes 3 – 4
Boil white chickpeas 125gm
Oil ½ cup
Curry leaves 1 2
Red chili 5 – 6
Garlic cloves 8 -10
Tamarind ½ cup
Cumin 1tbsp
Coriander 1bunch
Salt 1tbsp
Ingredients for puri
Flour 250gm
Salt 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Method for chickpeas & potato
Take oil in a pan then add curry leave on hot oil -Grind cumin, red chilli and garlic cloves -Then Add this mixer in oil and cook it -Add salt and cook it until oil form a layer -Add boil potato’s and white chickpea on pan and mix it.
-Add tamarind paste on this and cook. -Add coriander on the top.
Method for puri
-Take flour and oil and knead it nicely with normal water. – Rest the dough for minimum 30 mints.- make round shape of dough and fry the dough
Chocolate Chips Cookies Cake
Ingredients:
Butter 120 gm
Brown sugar 1/3 Cup
Caster sugar ½ Cup
Egg 1
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Flour 1 – ½ Cups
Salt ¼ tsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
chocolate chips ½ Cup
Chocolate ganache ¼ Cup
Ingredients for topping
Chocolate chips as required
Method
-In bowl,add butter and beat until fluffy.-Add brown sugar,caster/icing sugar and beat until well combined.-During beating,add egg and vanilla essence.-In all-purpose flour,add salt,baking powder and mix well.-Add dry flour ingredients into beaten mixture and mix well with the help of the spatula.-Add chocolate chips and give it a good mix.-In loose bottom baking pan ,add half quantity of batter and spread evenly.-Add Chocolate ganache then add & spread remaining batter.
-Add chocolate chips and press gently. -Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes.
Spicy Pizza Burger
Ingredients to Marinate
Chicken fillets ½ kg
Yogurt 4-5tbsp
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste ½ tbsp
Cooking oil 1-2 tsp
Other ingredients
Burger buns 3-4
Pizza sauce as required
Cheddar cheese as required
Mozzarella cheese as required
Onion chopped as required
Capsicum chopped as required
Tomato chopped as required
Black olives as required
Dried oregano to sprinkle
Red chili crushed to sprinkle
Ingredients for topping
Mozzarella cheese as required
Cheddar cheese as required

-Hammer chicken fillets with the help of the kitchen hammer & set aside.-In a bowl add yogurt, lemon, chicken tikka masala, ginger garlic paste and whisk well.-Add chicken fillets. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.-In a grill pan add cooking oil and fry marinated fillets from both sides until done.-On burger bun add & spread pizza sauce. Place cooked chicken fillet, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, nion, capsicum, tomato, black olives, dried oregano and red chili crushed.-cover the burger with upper part of bun.-Add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, black olives, dried oregano and red chili crushed on top of the burger.-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 5-6 minutes or until cheese melts.
