Here is the detailed recipe:

Ingredients:

Room temperature butter – 1 tbsp
Finely chopped garlic – 2 tbsps
Finely chopped green chili – 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander – 2 cup
Finally chopped red bell pepper 1/3cup
Grated mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
Bread – 4 slices

Procedure:

In The mixing bowl mix butter, garlic, green chili, coriander, red bell pepper, and mozzarella cheese.

Mix all the ingredients together and incorporate into each other very well. Set this mixture aside.

Now take the bread and toast on one side. Apply the prepared mixture on The toasted side of the bread.

Now put the bread back on the pan, cover it with a lid and toast the other side of the bread until the butter and cheese melt.

We are not adding any oil or butter as the mixture already consists of butter. This butter will melt when we are toasting the bread and give the bread a very good taste.

You can even cut the crust of the bread before applying the cheese chili mixture to the bread.

Now our tasty cheese chili toast is ready you can serve it with nice cup of tea.
