Assalamu alaikum and Hi friends….hope you all are doing good??today also I came with an interesting recipe video called”easy samosa recipe at home”..Ramazan is on the way so I thought to share an easy home made samosa recipe….because many people in srilanka used to buy samosa sheet from the market and making only curry at home to make samosa because they are thinking “it is hard to make sheets at home”it is very expensive and also not sure about hygiene too….
Today I made samosa sheets and kheema at home in an easy way so anyone can make samosa or samsa very easily here after….i made a simple samosa chicken kheema or samosa filling…you may make this using beef or mutton too in the same cooking process…..making samosa sheets take lot oil etc…but in my way,you may make your samosa sheets with less very less oil…hope you will enjoy this video…take care and stay safe….thanks a lot for your love and support friends!!!
Ingredients:
FOR MAKING SAMOSA FILLING
*Oil-1.5 TBsp
*Chicken or shredded boiled beef or mutton-200g
*Turmeric-half tea sp
*Salt
*Ginger garlic paste-1 tea sp
*Pepper powder-1 tea sp[optional]
*Chili flakes-3 tea sp or as your tatse
*A big onion-1
^Curry leaves
*Leeks or spring onion-200g
*Lemon juice-1.5 tea sp
FOR MAKING SAMOSA SHEET
*Flour[Atta or Plain flour or Mixed]-1 cup
*Semolina-1 tea sp[optional]
*Salt
*Coconut oil-1 TBsp
*Sugar-half tea sp
