Shami Kabab Bread Pakora
Ingredients of Coating mixture:
Gram flour 1 ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Water as required
Ingredients of Vegetable filling:
Onion (sliced) 1/2 cup
Carrot (julienne) 1/2 cup
Cabbage (shredded) 1/2 cup
Capsicum (julienne) 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Ingredients for Assembling:
K&Nās Shami Kabab 648 g
Bread Slices as required
Coating mixture as required
Vegetable filling as required
Oil (for frying) as required
Directions for Coating mixture:
1. In a bowl add gram flour, salt, carom seeds, red chili powder, baking soda, and mix it well.
2. Gradually add water and make a semi thick paste.
Directions for Vegetable filling:
3. In a bowl add onion, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, and mayo and mix well. Your vegetable filling is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
4. Fry K&Nās Shami Kabab as per instructions on the pack.
5. Take one bread slice, spread vegetable filling, and K&Nās Shami Kabab on it. Cover with another bread slice.
6. Cut it into a triangular shape.
7. Dip the bread slice into the coating mixture.
8. Fry in heated oil until golden brown.
9. Serve with ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
Preparation time: 20-25 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
