Veg Vermicelli Chowmein Recipe | Chinese Chilli Sevai/ Seviyan

Ingredients:
-1 Tbsp Oil
-1 Cup Vermicelli
-3 Cup Water (For Boiling)
-Salt to Taste

Other Ingredients:
-1 Tbsp Oil
-1 Big Onion
-2 Pcs Green Chilli
-8 to 10 cloves Garlic
-1 Tsp Ginger
-1/2 Cup Capsicum
-1 Cup Cabbage
-1/2 Cup Carrot

-2 Tsp Red Chilli Sauce
-1 Tsp Green Chilli Sauce
-1 Tsp Soya Sauce
-1/2 Tsp Vinegar
-1 Tsp Sugar Powder
-1 Tsp Pepper Powder
-2 Tsp Red Chilli Paste (Optional)
-Salt to Taste
-Coriander and Spring Onion for Garnishing

Method:
-Boil some water and add some salt to it
-Now add Vermicelli to it and boil it for 2-3 minutes and immediately remove after it is cooked and pass cold water through it
-Take a pan and heat some oil and saute onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli and then other vegetables.
-In a bowl, mix vinegar and all other sauces, powdered sugar and pepper powder
-Add this prepared concoction to sauted vegetables and mix well
-Garnish with some Spring Onion and Coriander leaves and serve hot.
