How to make Quick, Easy & Tasty Chicken Vegi – Spring Rolls – the Ramadan Recipe
Ingredients:
-Filling:
Kisan Oil 2 tbsp
-Boneless Chicken 500 grams (jullian)
-Onion 1 medium
-Red capsicum half of one (Jullian Sliced)
-Green Capsicum half of one (Jullian Sliced)
-Carrot (Jullian Sliced)
-Peas 80 grams
-Chilli sauce 2 tsp
-Soy sauce 2 tsp
-Black pepper powder 1 tsp
-Salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder ½ tsp
-Sugar 1 tsp
-Cabbage 50 grams
-Roll sheets 10-12
-Eggs 2 (beaten)
Directions:
-In work, add Kisan 2tbsp oil, chicken, onion, red capsicum, green capsicum, carrot, peas, chilli sauce, soy sauce, and black pepper powder then mix it well
-Add salt, chicken powder, sugar, and cabbage, fry for 2-3 minutes, and set aside.
-Take roll sheets to add filling, apply beaten egg mixture on the edges of roll sheet
-Pack the rolls nicely.
-In a wok, heat oil for deep fry, fry spring rolls until golden brown.
Serve with your favourite sauce.
