ingredients
• 1 kg chicken

For green paste
• 1 tbsp oil
• 50 gm sambhar onions
• 10 green chilli
• 1 cup coriander leaves
• ½ cup mint leaves
• 10 curry leaves

Whole spices and other ingredients
• 5 tbsp oil
• 1 inch cinnamons
• 1 tsp cumin seeds

• 250 gm onions
• 8 to 10 curry leaves
• 3 tbsp ginger paste
• 150 grams tomatoes

• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• 3 tsp coriander powder
• 2 tsp salt
• ½ cup coconut milk
• 1 tsp garam masala
