Murtabak Filling:
Oil – 1-2 Tbsp
Ghee – 1-2 Tsp
Cinnamon – 1 Stick
Star Anise – 1 Pc
Cloves – 3-4 Pcs
Cardamom – 4-5 Pcs
Garlic – 4-5 Cloves, Finely Chopped
Ginger – 2-3 Inch Size, Finely Chopped
Onion 1st – 1 Large Size, Roughly Chopped
Red Chili – 1 Pc, Finely Chopped
Green Chili – 1 Pc, Finely Chopped
Minced Mutton – 400 -500 GM
Water – 1 Cup
Kurma Curry Powder – 2 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
Chili Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Nattu Sakkarai (Jaggery) – 1 Tsp
Onion 2nd – 1 Large Size, Roughly Chopped
Murtabak Filling + Egg Pancake:
Planta Margarine – 1 Tbsp
