Easiest South Indian Chilli Chicken Recipe| Restaurant Style Chilli Chicken

Chilli Chicken is one of the most famous Indo-Chinese dishes. It is also the favourite starter that goes well with biryani, plain rice, ghee rice, pulav, rotis, noodles, fried rice varieties, dosas and parottas.

While there are many versions of chilli chicken available, the recipe by Chef Lingaraju, founder of SLV Donne Biryani, Kaval Hosahalli, Anekal shared exclusively for our Farm Food Factory viewers is a simplified one with no fancy ingredients. The cooking method is also super short.

All you need for this version of Chilli Chicken is refined sunflower oil (you can use the cooking oil of your choice), curry leaves, Kasuri methi, green chillies (the hero ingredient), ginger-garlic paste, chicken (either with bone or without), turmeric (for colour), white pepper (to spice up) and salt (to taste). Before the end stage, add chilli sauce as per your need. You can add more water and the chilli sauce if you want some gravy.

People crave Chilli chicken because the chicken pieces are soaked in chilli flavour that one enjoys till their last bite, asking for more and more and more of it.

You can make a boneless chilli chicken recipe by using the chicken breasts. Try this simple and quick South Indian Chilli Chicken Recipe shared by Chef Lingaraju and leave your feedback. He likes to hear feedback on the restaurant-style chilli chicken. Thank you
