Vegan chili recipe

Vegan chili recipe ! This is one of our go to dinner meals and I am so happy to share it . Its healthy, easy and quick. Perfect for those week night dinners!

Ingredients:

1 onion
4 garlic cloves
3 cups chopped tomatoes
1 pepper
1 box of mushrooms
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp oregano
half a lemon
2 cans red kidney beans
2 cans black beans
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of cannellini beans
1 can of garbanzo beans
3 cups water
cilantro to taste
limes to taste
avocado to taste
