First of all, Note Down the Ingredients:
• Thinly Sliced Onion-1 Large
• Finely Chopped Ginger – 1Tbsp
• Chopped Green Chili- 1
• Chopped Coriander Leaves
• Salt
• Cumin Seeds – ½ Tsp
• Rice Flour – 1 Cup
• Baking Soda – ¼ Tsp
• Water – ½ Cup
• Oil
Now the recipe is as follows:
• Take a bowl
• Put thinly sliced onion into it
• Add finely chopped ginger to it
• Add chopped green chili to it
• Add chopped coriander leaves to it
• Add salt to it
• Add cumin seeds to it
• Mix everything well
• Now take another bowl
• Take rice flour in it
• Add baking soda to it
• Mix both the things well
• Now gradually add the flour mixture into the sliced onion mixture
• Now slowly add water to the mixture until the water gets absorbed
• Now add 1 Tbsp of oil into the mixture
• Now take a small portion of the mixture and give it a ball shape
• Repeat the same process with the full mixture
• Now take oil in the pan and heat it
• Now put the prepared balls in the heated oil for deep frying
• Fry on medium heat until they turn golden brown
• Serve

Fish Pakora:
Fish pakora is a crispy, mouth-watering, and luscious snack that can make you eat it over and over. If you’re interested in making this mouth-watering recipe in your own home kitchen, then here’s everything you need to follow!

First of all, Note Down the Ingredients:
• Fish Fillets – 500gms
• Salt
• Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
• Chili Powder – 1 Tbsp
• Garlic Powder – ½ Tsp
• Chili Flakes – ½ Tsp
• Ajwain – ¼ Tsp
• Crushed Coriander Seeds – 1 ½ Tsp
• Mixed Herb or Kasuri Methi – 1 Tsp
• Besan Flour – ¼ Cup
• Corn Flour – 2 Tbsp
• Water – 3 Tbsp
• Oil – 1 Tbsp
Now the recipe is as follows:
• Take a bowl
• Put Fish Fillets into it
• Add Salt to it
• Add Turmeric Powder to it
• Add Chili Powder to it
• Add Garlic Powder to it
• Add Chili Flakes to it
• Add Ajwain to it
• Add Crushed Coriander Seeds to it
• Add Mixed Herb or Kasuri Methi to it
• Mix well
• Now add Besan Flour to it
• Add Corn Flour to it
• Add Water to it
• Combine Everything Well
• Add Oil to it
• Marinate for 20 minutes
• Now take a Kadhai and heat oil for deep frying in it
• Put the marinated fish fillets into the oil one by one
• Fry until golden brown
• Serve with tomato ketchup.
