Ingredients :
500 g Ground beef
500 g canned tomato passata
500g canned red beans
250 g canned corn
1 large onion
2 tbsp. tablespoons Oil
4 sweet and sour Malossol pickles
4 corn tortillas
1 packet of “chili” spices
Salt
Pepper
Step 1: In a sautƩ pan, heat the oil and melt the peeled and minced onion, without letting it brown.
Add the meat and brown it with the sachet of spices. Add salt and pepper.
Step 2: Add the tomatoes and then the beans. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes over low heat.
Add the rinsed and drained corn. Continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Serve immediately, hot, accompanied by slices of pickles.
Offer tortillas, on the side, or sticks of fresh butter.
