Restaurant style Chilli Chicken with gravy | Chicken Recipe

Chilli Chicken ingredients and making process is following.

Chicken Process:

Boneless chicken: 300 gram
Corn flour: 2 tbsp
Flour(maida): 1 tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder: 1/2 tsp
Egg: 1 (white)
*Now mix well
*Cover it and rest it for 30 minutes

Sauce Preparation:

Water: 1 cup(250 ml)
Vinegar(sirka): 1 tbsp
Soya sauce: 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce: 1 tbsp
Ketchup: 1 tbsp
*Mix well
*Keep aside

Flour Paste:

Corn flour: 1 tbsp
Water: 3 tbsp
*Mix well
*Paste is ready now!

*Chop veg’s(Capsicum, Onion, Garlic, Green chilli)

Frying Chicken:

*Add marinated chicken into the pre-heated Oil.
*Fry it on medium flame each side for 3 minutes.

Finalizing:

Oil: 4 tbsp
Garlic: (chopped)
Add chopped veg’s
fry for 15 sec’s
add sauces
add black pepper powder: 1 tsp
salt: 1/2 tsp
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Red chilli: 1 tsp(crushed)
Add fried chicken
Mix well
