Restaurant quality chicken sandwich! The chili, garlic, and lemon work soooo well with the chicken fillets. Also, the chili lime mayo that we’ll make alongside brings everything together.
Here’s how you do it:
1) Marinate 500g chicken fillets with 2. 3 green chilies chopped,
2) 3.4 cloves of garlic, minced,
3) 4.2 tbsp coriander, chopped, 5. 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
4) 1/2 tsp chili flakes
5) 1 tsp salt
6) 2 tbsp oil
7) 1 tbsp honey
8) Let this marinate for at least 4-6 hours. 11. Grill the chicken in a pan on high heat with 1 tbsp oil.

Chili Lime Mayo
1. While the chicken cooks, make the chili lime mayo with
2. 1/4 cup mayo. Please use only
3. 2 tbsp mustard. I used
4. 1 tbsp hot sauce
5. 1/2 tsp salt
6. 1 tsp red chili powder
7. 1 tsp lemon juice
8. Mix and refrigerate.
Assemble:
1. Assemble by toasting your bread. A ciabatta loaf works best. I couldn’t find it tho. So you can use any kind of bread.
2. Add your the chili lime mayo
3. Followed by rocket leaves. You can’t skip this one. Trust me. If you need a restaurant-quality taste, you’ve got to add this.
