Movie 46.mp4. DRY CHILLI CHICKEN. In this video we will go through step by step instructions on how to make Dry Chilli Chicken.
Inspired from the Chinese chicken dishes, this is one of the most loved and flavourful chicken dishes. It can be served with fried rice or fried noodles.
We use basic ingredients that are easily available in your pantry or your nearby store. Cut the chicken in long strips, marinate with the marinating ingredients and keep it aside for a bit. Fry the chicken strips until golden brown and well done. In a wok, fry the ginger, green chillies, capsicum, and remaining gravy ingredients and stir fry for a bit. Add chicken pieces in it and mix well. Your delicious dry Chilli chicken is ready.

INGREDIENT
• 250 gr boneless chicken
• 20 gr ginger piece (adrak)
• 5 green chillies (hari mirch)
• 75 gr capsicums (shimla mirch)
MARINATION
• 1 ½ tbsp. corn flour
• ¼ tsp black pepper powder (kali mirch)
• 1 egg
• Salt as required
SAUCE
• 2 tbsp. tomato ketchup
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp chop garlic (lehsan)
• 1 tbsp. soya sauce
• 3 tbsp. oil
• 2 tbsp. water
