The oil is made with Italian peppers and chili flakes and adds the oomph of spice to this dish! This chili oil is perfect to top on any pasta, pizza, or any dish for a matter of fact! This pasta sauce has sundried tomatoes, tomato paste, heavy cream, and obviously pasta water making it creamy and flavorful. Use any pasta you like from penne to spaghetti, I used giant ziti! The gruyere helps to balance the spice but not overpower it.
