Recipe
4 cans beans (any combination, I use 3 cans kidney beans and 1 can black beans
2 bell peppers (any color or combination of colors)
1 yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
28 ounce can diced tomatoes
16 oz (or 2-8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1.5 to 2 TBS chili powder
pepper to taste
Directions
SautƩ chopped bell peppers, onion and garlic on medium for about 5 minutes
Pour mixture into crockpot
Add all other ingrediants
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours
Add any of your favorite toppings!
