Charred chili chicken. Recipes from a chef

Hey guys after so many comments and suggestions from everyone around me I finally decided to focus on what I’m best at and bring to you videos from my years of training and culinary school as well as my experience from working in a professional kitchen in my 20s.

I graduated from California culinary school where I learned classical French technique as well as four months of Asian cuisine I learned everything from making homemade curry paste, bechamel sauces, desserts, European techniques, Asian techniques, Exploring different cuts of meats desserts hors d’oeuvres choosing the right ones the list goes on.

In addition to that you know I am also maker and I sell my handmade goods on several sites which I will list here . I also have my bachelos degree In social work from SFSU as well as I am a health and safety manager…. also am a mother of eight.
