My mom taught me to use a bamboo chopstick to test the heat of the oil. If you stick it down to the bottom of the wok and you see bubbles forming around the chopstick, the oil is ready for frying. Bamboo utensils work too. Hope you guys try this!

What you need:
1 lb (454g) green beans
1/3 cup (80ml) oil (any veg or flower oil works)
2 1/2 tbs minced garlic
garlic salt (I love Lawry’s)
toasted sesame seeds
chili flakes
