Chilli Paneer Recipe:-

Ingredients:-

Paneer – 250g
Cornflour- 2 tb spn
Maida – 2 tb spn
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
Garlic chopped- 1 tsp
Spring onion- 2 tsp
Red chilli sauce- 1 tsp
Green chilli sauce- 1 tsp
Light Soy Sauce- 1 tsp
Vinegar- 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Flavouring salt- pinch
Capsicum(green,yellow) – 1/4 cup
Onion (diced) – 1
Salt – to Taste
Water – As required
Oil – for deep fry

Method:-

Marinate paneer with salt and pepper and toss them in cornflour and keep aside
In a bowl add cornflour, maida , salt and make it into a batter.
Dip the marinated paneer in this batter and deep fry in medium hot oil. Remove them and place them on a paper towel.

In a pan add oil, chilli flakes, ginger, garlic, spring onion, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, flavouring salt and bring it to a boil. Add coloured capsicum, diced onion and toss it. Now add corn slurry, water and fried paneer pieces. Toss them on high heat and switch off the flame.
Garnish it with Sesame seeds and spring onion.
