1medium onion chopped
3 tbsp finely strips(julienned) ginger
3pcs long green chili
6pcs bird’s eye chili
1 stalk Scallion
1/2 tsp sugar (to balance the taste)
200g Coco Mama Gata
Ground black pepper (to taste)
Fish sauce to taste
1/4 cup water
