Stuffing-
1 medium bell pepper chopped
1 carrot grated
15-20 beans chopped
1 cup grated cabbage
2 spring onion finely chopped
1-2 tbs finely chopped ginger garlic
1/2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs green chili sauce
Salt and pepper as required
Cover-
1.5 cups maida
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbs oil
Approx 1/4 th cup water to Knead a dough
➡️ Strain the all purpose flour , mix all ingredients and Knead a semi soft dough
➡️ Keep the dough covered and rest it for 30 minutes
➡️ Meanwhile prepare the stuffing
➡️ In a pan add oil, ginger garlic and Saute for a minute
➡️ Add all chopped veggies, sauces, salt and pepper
➡️ Cook until all veggie juices dries out and let it cool
➡️ Shape the momos into desired shape and steam them for 10 minutes
➡️ Again in pan add oil, ginger-garlic, chili flakes, momo chutney, vinegar, soy sauce and spring onions
➡️ Saute the steamed dumplings in this sauce and serve with momos chutney
