10 guajilo chiles 5 cups of water 2 pounds of ground beef 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp of butter 1/2 Tbsp ground cumin 2 large tomatoes 1 large onion 4 garlic cloves 4 carrots 8 oz can of tomato sauce 3 Tbsp chicken bouillon 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 Tbsp onion powder 1 Tbsp garlic powder 1/2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika 1/4 tsp ground clove 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 tsp salt 1 Tbsp Mexican Oregano 7 bay leaves 1 Tbsp white vinegar 1 Tbsp Soy sauce (don’t look at me like that, it works 😋) 1 Tbsp meseca + 2 Tbsp water Optional for added spice 4 chiles de Árbol or 4 chiltepines * This recipe works great with ground chicken, ground turkey, Tip‼️ Have a lot of fun when making this recipe 😁 If your bay leaves are taking a vacation in flavor. Start them for 30 seconds on medium heat and add an extra 3 for a total of 10 bay leaves : )
