Sandwiches are a quick snack and preferred by many. So we have shown you the most healthiest sandwich that does not require any type of bread. Just vegetables are enough along with your favourite choice of cheese and mayo. The best evening snack while watching your favourite show!

Prep Time: 15 Mins
No. Of Servings- 2 persons

Ingredients:
Cucumber – 1
Tomato – 1
Onion – ½
Small Potatoes – 1 or 2
Spring onions – few leaves
Grated cheese – as required
Mayonnaise – as required
Green chili – 1 or 2
Red chili powder – 2 tablespoon
Pepper powder – 2 tablespoon
Salt – ½ tablespoon

Recipe 1 :

Step 1: Cut all the vegetables except cucumber into round thin slices and keep aside. Cut the cucumber into round slices keeping the width equal to 2 finger measurement. Now make a cut to divide the cucumber slice from the centre, keeping the edge joined.
Step 2: In a plate, mix salt, pepper powder and red chili powder, keep aside.
Step 3: Spread the mayo in between the cucumber slices, place the vegetables in your desired order along with grated cheese and green chilies.
Step 4: Now sprinkle chili powder mix on the sandwich.
Step 5: Garnish with your choice of sev, nuts or chutney.
Step 6: Serve and Tickle your taste buds

Recipe 2 :

Step 1: Cut all the vegetables except cucumber into round thin slices and keep aside. Cut the cucumber into vertical thin slices.
Step 2: In a plate, mix salt, pepper powder and red chili powder, keep aside.
Step 3: Spread the mayo in between the cucumber slices, place the vegetables in your desired order along with grated cheese and green chilies.
Step 4: Now sprinkle chili powder mix on the sandwich.
Step 5: Garnish with your choice of sev, nuts or chutney.
Step 6: Serve and Tickle your taste buds
