Ingredients
⢠1.2 lbs wild caught salmon
⢠6 tbsp olive oil
⢠1 yellow lemon squeeze
⢠1 tbsp each: salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder
⢠1 tsp cayenne pepper
⢠Fresh thyme and rosemary

Preparation:ā£ā£ā£ā£ā£
⢠Preheat your oven to 425°F
⢠Place salmon skin face down on an oven safe dish
⢠Cover evenly with oil and lemon juice
⢠Add all of your spices evenly throughout, then add your thyme and rosemary
⢠Carefully flip your salmon to have skin facing up and bake for 20-25 minutes
⢠Baking your salmon with skin facing up will prevent the meat & spices from burning and will keep it flaky!
⢠Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy!
