Ingredients and Steps
Steps: 1. Take 4 small size potatoes. Peel, Wash and Cut into wedges.
2. Bring water to boil, cook potatoes for 5 min. Strain out and let it cool
3. Transfer in a bowl add Salt, Cornflour. Coat well.
4. Deep fry in hot oil for 5-7 min. When turns crispy remove and keep aside.
5. In a Kadai, sauté garlic, ginger.
6. Add Red chilli, Onion. Cook until changes colour.
7. Stir fry Capsicum for a min
8. Add Salt, Soy sauce, Red Chilli sauce, Tomato sauce, Tomato Ketchup , Sugar.
9. Add some water and mix Toss on high flame for a min.
10. Finally add the fried Potato wedges. Coat well with sauce. Finish off with coriander leaves.
