Single batch recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground turkey (95-97% or 99%)
1, 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1, 30 oz can tomato sauce
4.5 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp southwest chipotle seasoning (salt free)
Directions:
1. Brown the ground turkey and drain it.
2. Add all ingredients to crockpot.
3. Cook for 8 hours on low, or 4 hours on high. (You can make this in a stock pot on the stove. If you do, cook for approximately 1 hour.)
Makes 4 servings

If you want to add sour cream 2 TBSP = 1 healthy fat.
