Ingredients
• 1.2 lbs wild caught salmon
• 6 tbsp olive oil
• 1 yellow lemon squeeze
• 1 tbsp each: salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• Fresh thyme and rosemary
Preparation:
• Preheat your oven to 425°F
• Place salmon skin face down on an oven safe dish
• Cover evenly with oil and lemon juice
• Add all of your spices evenly throughout, then add your thyme and rosemary
• Carefully flip your salmon to have skin facing up and bake for 20-25 minutes
• Baking your salmon with skin facing up will prevent the meat & spices from burning and will keep it flaky!
• Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy!
