This is one of the most ordered dishes at any Pan Asian restaurant! I always speak about contrast and getting flavour balance right. Honey Chili Potato is a perfect example of flavour contrast. Here’s my recipe for restaurant-style Honey chilli Potato. Do try it 🙂

Recipes & Ingredients
Crispy Honey Chilli Potatoes + Sauce
potatoes
6 Potatoes Medium Size
Pell off all potatoes
Zig zag cutting
Can cut with a normal knife as well
After cutting the potatoes
Wash with clean water
Take a pan on flame and put 1 jug of water in it
Put salt 1tbs in water
After that put potatoes into the water as well
When potatoes are half cooked take potatoes off
Glassing with 3 TBS corn floor
Stay for absorbing corn floor into the potatoes for 15 minutes
After that take 1 litter oil in the pan
And fry for 6 minutes (half fary) to light brown (half fry kr k isko frozen b kr skty Hein)
Honey Chili Sauce
Take a pan
1 and half tablespoon oil
1 and a half TBS garlic
Cook for awhile
Add red chili Julian cut 5 chilies
Cook till crispy
1 TBS Julian ginger cut
Cook for 3 mints
Add
Tomato catch-up half cup
Chili sauce 2 TBS
Soya sauce 1 TBS
Salt 1 ts
Mix well and cook for 2 mints
After that again potatoes fry for a bit
And take potatoes off
Mix both potatoes and sauce well
During mixing add 2 table spoons honey on the top as well
For garnishing
Sesame
And green onion
Ready to eat 😋
