Today we are going to see a Karnataka Special Tiffin Recipe. It is called Maddur Vada. Maddur is the name of a place in Karnataka and this vada is believed to be originated from that area. Hence the name. So this vada is a bit different from the usual vada we make with urad dal. The base ingredients also are very different. Maddur vada is crisp and nice.
