INGREDIENTS
Batter
▢ ½ Cup Gram flour (Besan)
▢ ½ Cup Plain Yogurt whisked
â–˘ ÂĽ teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
▢ ½ teaspoon Ginger paste
â–˘ ÂĽ teaspoon Ground Turmeric (Haldi powder)
â–˘ 1 Cup Water
Tempering
â–˘ 1 tablespoon Oil
▢ ½ teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
â–˘ 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
â–˘ 1 pinch Asafoetida (Hing) skip for gluten-free
â–˘ 1 Green Chili Pepper finely chopped*
Garnish
â–˘ 1 tablespoon Cilantro leaves finely chopped
â–˘ 2 tablespoon Grated Coconut optional
