Sweet chili lime salmon

One of the best grilled salmon dishes I’ve ever made. With just 3 ingredients for the glaze, this is a real winner.

First season your salmon with an all-purpose rub

Then add your foil packet with the cherry wood chips onto your grill and set on medium high.

Assemble your sauce by adding 1/4 cup of sweet chili, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of lime juice

Once the wood chips start smoking place your salmon filet meat side down

You know the fish is ready to flip when you can easily peel the skin off and you have a nice sear on the top side.

Then season the back side and flip.

Drizzle on the sweet chili sauce and remove once the internal temp of the salmon reaches 140-145 degrees.

Serve it over rice and finish with lime juice, sesame seeds and cilantro.
