Marinate fish
Cleaned and washed fish
4 pomfret fish
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp white pepper
3 tbsp corn flour
Spread all over the fish and marinate 3hours
Blending paste
Shrimp paste as needed
4 clove garlic sliced
3inch ginger chopped
1 onion chopped
5 cili padi
4 red cili
1 tomato slied
Water as needed
Blend to paste
Frying fish nicely crispy
Heat pan
Add oil which used for frying fish
Add curry leaves
4 lady fingers
1 long beans
Fry nicely and set aside
Add in blending paste
Cook until pecah minyak
Add 2 kafir lime leaves
Add 2 tbsp fish oil
1 tbsp sugar or as needed
1 tbsp salt or as needed
1 tbsp fish curry powder
And cook it well until fragrance
Off stove then add 3 tbsp calamansi juice
Then final part pour gravy on fried fish it’s ready to serve!!!
