If you are looking for an easy and delicious meal using staple items, here’s one for you. One of my favorite, quick meals I can whip up in a pinch. Hope you guys enjoy.
Ingredients:
12-16oz bowtie pasta
1lb ground beef
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can rotel (or about half cup chopped jalepenos)
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 1/2- 2 cups shredded cheese
~cook pasta according to directions on box.
~Meanwhile, brown ground beef, add onion and spices.
~Once pasta is done, drain, return to pot.
~Once ground beef mixture is done, add to pasta. Add shredded cheese, beans, and Rotel or peppers. Stir until melted and warm.
