Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey (I used 85% lean, 15% fat)
2 Tbsp oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 small red bell peppers or 1 large, chopped
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp regular dried oregano
1 (15.5 ounce) can black bean
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups chicken broth or beef
1 tsp hot sauce ( I used sriracha)
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomato
3 Tbsp tomato paste
Serve with sharp cheddar, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
