200g, boneless chicken
70ml, olive oil
1 cup, onion square cut
1/2 cup, capsicum square cut
1 tbsp, chopped garlic
1 tsp, chili flakes
1 tbsp, crushed coriander
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp, turmeric powder
1/2 tsp, crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp,garam masala powder
3 tbsp, tomato puree/ketchup
2 cups, of water
2 medium-size, seedless tomato chunks
1 tsp, Julien cut ginger
Ingredients for Fried Rice:
2 cups, boiled cold rice
2 tbsp, olive oil/ sesame oil
1 tbsp, chopped garlic
2 tbsp, carrot thin slices
1 tbsp, capsicum thin slices
2 tbsp, green chilies lengthwise
1 nos, egg
1 tsp, salt or to taste
1 tsp, white pepper
1.5 tsp, oyster sauce
