Pasta Bake
– 400g Pasta
Sauce:
– olive oil
– 1 onion
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1 Tbsp tomato puree
– 275g vegan ground beef
– 500g passata
– salt, pepper, paprika, chili, basil, italian herbs
– pasta water
– 200g grated cheese
Method:
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add tomato puree and fry for a few minutes. Then add your vegan ground beef and cook until golden brown. Add the spices and passata and let it simmer. In the meantime cook your pasta until al dente. Add some of your pasta water to the sauce to thin it out.
In a casserole layer your Pasta, add the Sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 180°C für 15-20 mins until golden brown.
