the BEST pumpkin chili with turkey and kale {so good!}

No shade on sweet pumpkin foods, but SAVORY pumpkin dishes, like this chili, are definitely my favorite!

This pumpkin chili is super flavorful, and packed with nutrition. Pumpkin (beta-carotene!!), kale (vitamin K!, folate!), black beans (fiber! polyphenols!), and ground turkey (protein!) absolutely SING together with all the delightful spices in this recipe.

🎃 To make homemade pumpkin puree: simply cut your pumpkins in half, scoop out the seeds and roast them (skin side down) on 400F (205C) for 45 minutes or until super soft.
