1-2 pounds round steak diced
2- poblano chiles chopped
3- Anaheim Chiles chopped
2-Jalapino chiles chopped
1 onion chopped
1- Carrot Grated
1/2 cup chili powder
1/4 cup ground cumin
6 oz tomato paste
14 oz diced tomatoes
6 cups beef stock
1/3 cup Wondra flour
1 can beer
mix all into an insta pot and set to chili enjoy
