Today i have brought a recipe of beef chilli dry which is one of the famous dish from a chinese cuisine.

Ingredients for marination.
Beef (undercut) 500g
Black pepper 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tbs
Salt 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbs
Vinegar 1& 1/2 tbs
Marinate the beef by adding the above ingredients for 1 hour (for best results marinate for 2-3 hrs)
Cornflour 2 tbs
All purpose flour 2 tbs
Egg 1
Mix all the 3 ingredients in beef and mix well. Now fry on low to medium flame for 8-10 min .
*for sauce preparation*
Oil 4 tbs
Ginger julian cut 3 tbs
Green chillies 5-6
Onion 1 slices
Capsicum 1 cup sliced
Spring onion 1/2 cup
Soya sauce 2 tbs
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
Oyster sauce 2 tbs
Bbq sauce 1 tbs ( optional)
Vinegar 1 tbs
Tomato ketchup 1 cup
Hot sauce 2 tbs
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Fry the vegetables and add all the above spices step by step as you can see in the video.
میرینیشن کے لیے اجزاء
بیف (انڈر کٹ) 500 گرام
کالی مرچ 1 چائے کا چمچ
لہسن پاؤڈر 1 چمچ
نمک 1 چمچ
سویا ساس 1 چمچ
سرکہ 1 اور 1/2 چمچ
گائے کے گوشت کو مندرجہ بالا اجزاء شامل کرکے 1 گھنٹے کے لیے میرینیٹ کریں (بہترین نتائج کے لیے 2-3 گھنٹے تک میرینیٹ کریں)
کارن فلور 2کھانے کے چمچ
تمام مقصدی آٹا 2کھانے کے چمچ
انڈا 1
گائے کے گوشت میں تمام 3 اجزاء کو مکس کریں اور اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ اب ہلکی سے درمیانی آنچ پر 8 سے 10 منٹ تک بھونیں۔
*چٹنی کی تیاری کے لیے*
تیل 4 کھانے کے چمچ
ادرک جولین 3 چمچ کاٹ لیں۔
ہری مرچیں 5-6
پیاز 1 سلائس
شملہ مرچ 1 کپ کٹی ہوئی۔
اسپرنگ پیاز 1/2 کپ
سویا ساس 2 کھانے کے چمچ
ورسیسٹر شائر ساس 1 چمچ
اویسٹر ساس 2 کھانے کے چمچ
بی بی کیو ساس 1 چمچ (اختیاری)
سرکہ 1 چمچ
ٹماٹو کیچپ 1 کپ
گرم چٹنی 2 چمچ
کالی مرچ 1 چائے کا چمچ
نمک 1 چمچ
سبزیوں کو بھونیں اور اوپر والے تمام مصالحے مرحلہ وار شامل کریں جیسا کہ آپ ویڈیو میں دیکھ سکتے ہیں۔
