Chilli Fish Recipe || Restaurant Style Chilli Fish Recipe – RKC

Ingredients
For marinate Fish
* Fish 2 pound ,Tilapia fillets
* Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
* Salt to taste
* Chilli powder1 tsp
* Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
* Pepper powder 1 tsp
* Vinegar 1 tbsp / lemon juice
* Corn starch 2 tbsp
* All purpose flour 2 tbsp

For Sauce
* Oil 1 tbsp
* Bell pepper ( green, red , yellow ) your choice
* Onion 1, cubed or sliced
* Garlic cloves 3, chopped
* Soya sauce 2 tbsp
* Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
* Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
* Vinegar 1 tsp
* Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
* Salt to taste
* Corn starch slurry: Corn starch 1 tsp mix with Water 1/4 cup
* Green onions 2 tbsp

Instructions
1. Marinate the fish with salt, Vinegar, chilli powder ,turmeric powder, pepper powder, corn starch,all purpose flour, ginger garlic paste and leave it for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan , and fry the fish pieces. Keep aside.
3. You can even bake the fish 400 degree for 15 minutes one side and 15 minutes. You can do air fryer as well. Do it according to your convenience.
4. Heat a wok, once it hot add oil, garlic chopped fry it for 1 min.
5. Add onions and bell peppers to it and fry for few minutes.
6. Add all the sauces and mix well , then add corn starch slurry and mix to it and adjust the salt and let it boil for 1 minute.
7. Now you can add your fried fish in it and mix gently. Garnish it with green onions. Enjoy with Noodles or Rice.
