5 Ingredient Chicken Chili – FAST Dinner for the Whole Family! #shorts

One of our “go to” recipes here in the Ghost Host Kitchen is this 5 ingredient chicken chili. We eat this even when it’s not cold outside. It makes great leftovers, is a healthy meal, and helps stretch our food budget!

This recipe is one of the easiest recipes ever- drain the liquid from the beans and the tomatoes and pour into your slow cooker or Instant Pot. Cook until done, and you and your family can then enjoy this delicious 5 ingredient chili, just like we do!

5 ingredient chicken chili
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (drained)
1 14.5 oz can black beans (drained)
1 small can chilies (drained)
1 14.5 oz can tomato sauce
2 large chicken breasts or 4-6 chicken tenders

Place the chicken in the bottom of the Instant Pot (or crock pot if cooking all day), add the drained tomatoes, beans, chilies, and tomato sauce. Cook on “high pressure- soups/chilies” setting (depending on your Instant Pot) for 20 minutes. Remove and shred the chicken. Then, return chicken back to pot and stir. Serve with your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, crackers, or whatever you like. ***You can also add a 14.5 oz can of white or yellow corn for even more veggies and color.

*This recipe makes about 4-6 meals depending on serving size. It reheats well, and freezes well also.
