1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 medium Yellow Onion -diced
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 JalapeƱo, sliced
3 Garlic Cloves, diced
1 pound Ground Beef
3 Maple & Brown Sugar Brats, casing removed
1 package Kinder Chili Powder
2 TBSP Smoked Paprika Powder
1 TBSP Ground Cumin
1 TBSP Mike’s Hot Honey
1 TBSP Spicy Brown Mustard
1 TBSP Liquid Smoke, Mesquite
1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
1 1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1/4 TSP Ground Cayenne Pepper* -optional
1 (15oz.) can JalapeƱo & Bacon Pinto Beans
1 (15oz.) can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz.) can Fire Roasted Tomatoes, diced
2 TBSP Tomato Paste
1 (8 oz.) can Tomato Sauce
1 (7oz) can Green Chilis
1 cup Beef Broth
Juice of 1 freshly squeezed Lime
Garnishes (optional): Green Onions (sliced), sour cream, cheddar cheese (shredded), Chili flavored Corn Chips
