Recipe at a GlanceĀ : Chop alu and karola ā shallow fry karola ā remove from pan and put it in a different place ā add green chili, nigella seed and alu in hot oil and fry ā add turmeric and salt ā add water and turn ā when alu become soft then add fried karola and sugar ā cook few minutes.
