Recipe at a GlanceĀ : Chop alu and karola ⇒ shallow fry karola ⇒ remove from pan and put it in a different place ⇒ add green chili, nigella seed and alu in hot oil and fry ⇒ add turmeric and salt ⇒ add water and turn ⇒ when alu become soft then add fried karola and sugar ⇒ cook few minutes.
