In todays episode we are breaking out a 1970s model weber kettle and a Dutch oven to create some awesome Texas Style Chili on the grill. We maintained a temp between 250 to 300 degrees the entire cook and the cook itself took about 3 hrs before the chili was fully cooked and ready to serve. 5.5 lbs of usda prime ground beef
8 oz of diced yellow onion
16 oz shiner beer
Two 8 oz can of fire roasted garlic tomatoes
Two 8 oz oz cans of Tomato Paste
